Nightsea Stereomicroscope Fluorescence Adapter The Nightsea SFA adapts virtually any stereomicroscope for fluorescence with no modification to the scope itself. The modular design lets you easily switch between several different excitation/emission combinations to work with a variety of fluorescent proteins and other fluorophores. There are now six different LED combinations available, plus white light. Bright, LOW cost fluorescence, for your stereomicroscope. The light head, barrier filter and filter shield are interchangeable so that you can easily switch between excitation/emission light+filter combinations in seconds. CoolLED PE-300 Light Source CoolLED’s pE-300white offers intense, broad-spectrum LED illumination for imaging most common fluorescent stains. The pE-300white Light Source can be fitted directly to the microscope or specified with a liquid light guide. The system is a mercury-free alternative that is safer, more controllable, and repeatable than conventional high-pressure gas discharge illuminators. Spectral coverage is from the UV (DAPI excitation) to the Red region (Cy5 excitation).
