DC Imaging now offers a 1X3 and 2X3 slide scanning service for high resolution brightfield, fluorescence, and polarized light applications at a reasonable price with a fast turnaround.
Equipment · Nikon E1000M automated upright microscope · Motorized 4” X 10” stage with 8-slide holder · Macro 0.5X, Plan 1X, Plan Apo 4X, 10X, 20X, and 40X objectives · 3 individual FL wavelengths (DAPI, FITC and Rhodamine) as well as a triple-band cube (same 3 colors) · Lambda LS 175W fluorescence light source with excitation and emission filter wheels · Various monochrome and color digital cameras depending on application · Image Analysis software for quantitation if necessary
