The Moticam 1 & 1SP, 2, 3, 5 and 10 models are compact and lightweight next-generation cameras that attach to virtually any microscope through the eyepiece, eyetube or trinocular port. Easy Plug & Play USB2.0 Hi-Speed connection ensures crisp and clear real-time preview images displayed on the computer monitor, turning any microscope into a Digital Microscope. Use these cameras with your own software through a TWAIN interface or use the included Motic Images Plus 2.0 application software on both Windows and Macintosh systems. The complete set of accessories gives the hi-resolution cameras the ability to be used in many different applications from Macro to Micro.

Moticam 580 — this new multi-tasking camera is in a class of it’s own. The camera does not require a computer for standard operation once it has been set up on a microscope. Images can be captured directly onto a SD card at 5.0MP resolution. Connecting it with a USB cable to a computer allows this camera to be used like any other Moticam with the supplied Images Plus 2.0 software. The 580’s true versatility is underlined by its capability to display live images at 1080p resolution through the HDMI output port.

480 TV Lines of Resolution, and full-screen computer imaging.

Moticam 480 has the benefit of both Digital and Analog outputs. These separate outputs allow you to connect the camera to a computer or a TV monitor, or better yet, both at the same time. The CCD camera provides 480 TV lines of resolution, giving you crisp and clear representations of microscopic images. You can use the analog output with a TV monitor to show students live action movement on a full-screen, or simply to introduce a topic.
